A request is not an order

Sending a request does not confirm a sale and does not guarantee stock.

Quotations

We reply to a request with a quotation that states the prices, currency, tax and how long the quotation is valid. If anything changes we issue a new version and keep the earlier ones.

Confirming an order

An order is confirmed only when you accept a quotation or send us a purchase order that we approve.

Availability

Availability is confirmed in our reply. If an item is unavailable we tell you the quantity affected, what happens next and the expected date if we know it. We do not substitute a product without your approval.

Partial deliveries

If part of an order is delivered, the lines still to come stay open until they arrive.

Changes

Tell us if your needs change. We record the change and do not overwrite what was agreed before.
