What to expect when your order is on its way, and what to do if something is wrong.
Delivery
We are based in Harare. Tell us your delivery location when you ask for a quotation. We record when your order is dispatched and when it is delivered.
Damaged or wrong items, and complaints
Email info@pansana.org as soon as you can. Include your reference number, the product reference and what is wrong. For a damaged item, a photo of the item and its packaging helps.
